If you purchase an unworn watch with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty service. If you purchase a pre-owned watch, our members offer a one year warranty which is valid from the purchase date. The warranty covers normal use. It does not cover timing, batteries, crystals, bands, water damage, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, tampering, mistreatment, or modification through the addition or substitution of parts or accessories not supplied by a Swiss Watch Guild member. The watch must be delivered with the original card and original sales receipt. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser. Any repairs or service work performed by third parties without the explicit written consent and authorization from Swiss Watch Guild will invalidate your warranty automatically. In this event, repair of any damage becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. The cost of shipping to and from our repair center will be at the purchaser’s expense.

All new applicants are vetted and approved by the Swiss Watch Guild committee.
